To provide an electric power management server and an electric power management system capable of providing another incentive for a user to install a dispersed power source by offering the user a method for utilizing electricity other than electric power selling.
An electric power management server communicates with a user control device installed in a place of a user who owns a dispersed electric power source capable of reversing electric power flow to a power system and with a shop control device installed in a shop. The electric power management server has: a user side receiving section which receives, from the user control device, user information to identify the user as well as reverse power flow information about a reverse power flow amount reversed to the power system by the user; a management section which manages the user information in association with the reserve power flow information; and a shop side receiving section which receives the user information as well as power consumption information consumed by the shop from the shop control device. The management section updates the reverse power flow information in accordance with the consumption information received by the shop side receiving section.
