To provide a next generation electric power plant by clean energy not emitting carbon dioxide gas causing global warming and not causing public nuisance.
Atmospheric air is taken into an air circulation circuit 15 composed of air amplifiers 31, 32 using an ejector 43 as a basic principal. The air circulation circuit 15 has a function amplifying air capacity and air pressure. An air motor 12 is driven by the amplified air energy. A generator 11 is connected to the air motor 12 and is rotated to provide output electric power. Load fluctuation of consumed electric power is detected by output voltage and frequency of the generator 11. Deviation is fed back to the air circuit 15, output of the air amplifiers 31, 32 are adjusted to provide stable electric power.
