Abstract:
PURPOSE:To continue the operation function of length measurement and indication even in the case motor can not be driven due to voltage drop by connecting with a reserve power source automatically or manually in the case the main power voltage lowered to the voltage unavailable of driving a motor. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 3 is electrically connected not only with a circuit that the voltage of the main power source 1 flows a current through a voltage converter 8, but also with a reserve power source 2. To the circuit from the voltage converter 8 to the CPU 3 and the circuit from the reserve power source 2 to the CPU 3, switches SW1 to SW4 are connected. The switches SW1 to SW4 are constituted as to operate simultaneously and when the switches SW1 and SW2 are on, switches SW3 and SW4 are off, and when the switches SW3 and SW4 are on, switches SW1 and SW2 are off. The switching operation of the switches is automatically done when the CPU 3 judges that the main power source 1 voltage dropped to the level a motor can not be driven.
