To use a small-sized resolver and prevent an open circuit of a lead wire for taking signals from the resolver.

A stop member 59 is fixed between a joint portion 55 with a thin lead wire 53 and an inner edge 572 of a grommet 57 on an outer-periphery of a thick lead wire 54 so as to bring a right edge 591 of the stop member 59 into contact with the inner edge 572 of the grommet 57. The joint portion 55 between the thin lead wire 53 and the thick lead wire 54 is located at an inner portion of a wiring hole 63 of a cover 6, an external force such as bending does not directly work on the joint portion 55 to prevent the open circuit of the joint portion 55. Besides, when a tensional force or a bending force works on the thick lead wire 54, the right edge 591 of the stop member 59 is brought into contact with the inner edge 572 of the grommet 57, the external force is not applied to the joint portion 55 or the thin lead wire 53 in order to resist against the external force, thus preventing an open circuit in the thin lead wire 53.
