Abstract:
To supply electric power promptly when the usage condition of a load system changes abruptly.
This storage system comprises a secondary battery 11; a power converting device 12 that supplies electric power from a power supply system 30 to the secondary battery 11, and electric power from the secondary battery 11 to the load system 20; and a system controlling device 13 that drives the power converting device 12 under a constant condition regardless of the power consumption state of the load system 20 during the discharging period of the secondary battery 11.
