Abstract:
To provide an electric power supply structure of a shelf which improves beauty of the shelf without narrowing an effective space of the shelf and does not injure a conductor of a support side power supply cable.SOLUTION: An electric power supply structure of a shelf includes a plurality of supports, shelf plates attached detachably between the supports, a lighting fixture buried in the shelf plates, sockets 111 attached onto the shelf plates in which the lighting fixture is buried, a cable for supplying support side electric power source buried in the supports, a cable for supplying shelf plate side electric power source which is buried in the shelf plate and connects the lighting fixture and the sockets 111, and a conductive needle unit 117 attached to the socket 111. The conductive needle unit 117 is composed of a case 117a, a conductive needle 117b which is movably stored within the case 117a and an elastic member 117c which energizes the conductive needle 117b in such a direction as to spring out from the case 117a, and the conductive needle 117b is abutted onto a conductor of a cable for supplying support side electric power source to get on the lighting fixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
