PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply and thermal supply system capable of supplying both generated electric power and waste-heat to several dwelling blocks and capable of supplying waste-heat at a stable temperature even under a situation in which heat supply load is low and provide residence block groups having the electric power supply and thermal supply system.SOLUTION: An electric power supply and thermal supply system comprises a sharing power transmission line 6 for supplying electric power to dwelling unit group 2 having several dwelling units 4; a sharing thermal medium supply pipe 7 for supplying thermal medium to the dwelling unit group 2 and several cogeneration devices 5 for generating power and outputting the thermal medium heated by the waste-heat at that time. The several cogeneration devices 5 supply electrical power to the sharing power transmission line 6 and at the same time supply thermal medium to the sharing thermal medium supply pipe 7. Further, each of the several cogeneration devices 5 is connected to the sharing thermal medium supply pipe 7 by several connecting pipes 16 and each of the several connecting pipes 16 is provided with an opening or closing valve 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
