PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set an air conditioner as an object of electric power suppression control even when actual arrangement of and identification information on the air conditioner are not accurately managed.SOLUTION: An electric power suppression system for air conditioner includes: a demand controller 3 which outputs a request signal requesting electric power suppression; and an electric power suppression controller 5 which performs electric power suppression control over air conditioners in facilities according to the request signal. The electric power suppression controller 5 includes: a state change detection part 51 which detects an air conditioner having state change in trial operation; a non-object setting part 52 which sets the detected air conditioner having the state change not as an object of electric power suppression; and an electric power suppression control part 55 which performs electric power suppression control by outputting a signal indicative of an electric power suppression value to an air conditioner as an object of the electric power suppression on the basis of the settings by the non-object setting part 52 according to the request signal.
