Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power tool capable of shortening time required for starting of a motor while suppressing reaction applied to a user's hand.SOLUTION: A microcomputer 23 rapidly increases an effective value of a voltage, which is applied to a motor 3, to an initial value with a certain degree of magnitude, and speeds up start-up of revolving speed of the motor 3. After rapidly increasing the effective value of the voltage, which is applied to the motor 3, to the initial value, the microcomputer 23 almost linearly increases the revolving speed of the motor 3 by PI control before anything else (in a first control period), and controls the revolving speed of the motor 3 by PID control after the lapse of a predetermined period of time from the start of passage of an electric current through the motor 3 (in a second control period).
