Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply which can be reliably placed in a system startup state when a system startup operation is performed.SOLUTION: When a system startup operation is performed, a positive electrode side relay and a pre-charge relay are turned on and pre-charging of a capacitor is started if a temperature of a restriction resistance is less than a predetermined temperature. After completion of the pre-charging, a system startup state is activated by turning on a negative electrode side relay and turning off the pre-charge relay, and pre-charging is inhibited when the temperature of restriction resistance is at the predetermined temperature or higher. When a system stop operation is executed during the pre-charging, the positive electrode side relay and the pre-charge relay are turned off if the temperature of the restriction resistance is less than the predetermined temperature. When the temperature of the restriction resistance is at the predetermined temperature or higher, the pre-charging is continued. After completion of the pre-charging, the negative electrode side relay is turned on and the pre-charge is turned off, and this state is held until the next system operation is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
