Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of an electric propulsion device by maintaining a propulsion function of the electric propulsion device, in a case where an acceleration grid 112 and a deceleration grid 113 are short-circuited.SOLUTION: When an acceleration grid 112 and a deceleration grid 113 are short-circuited, a switch circuit 121 connects a first positive voltage switch 122 connected to a positive source 131 to a screen grid 111, and connects a first negative voltage switch 124 connected to a negative voltage source 132 to the acceleration grid 112. Further, the switch circuit 121 connects a second negative switch 125 connected to the negative voltage source 132 to the deceleration grid 113.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
