PURPOSE: To provide an electric pseudo-moxibustion treatment device easy to handle and healthy by constituting it such that the electricity conducting time and applied voltage can be controlled for adjustment so that the highest temperature of heat conduction face of heating element of which contact heat conduction area to a living body is a specified value becomes a specified value.

CONSTITUTION: The electricity conducting time and applied voltage is controlled for adjustment so that the highest temp. of heat conduction face of a heating element 9 to be in contact with a living body, the contact heat conduction area of the heating element 9 to the living body being 9cm2 or less becomes 42°C to 75°C. The heating part of electric heating element 9 is applied on effective spots of the living body or the element 9 is contact fixed thereto with an adhesive tape, and then a voltage is impressed on the element 9 to increase the surface temp. of the heating part, and heat is conducted to the effective spots for performing hot treatment. Since the increasing temp. is dependent on the applied voltage, the ON time and OFF time of ON-OFF electricity conduction and the repeating number of ON-OFF, adjustment and control thereof is carried out and the temp. is increased to a level about 42°C to 75°C in a short time for hot treatment.
