Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pump which can be successfully operated while suppressing energy to be driven.SOLUTION: An electric pump sucks fluid from an inlet, and discharges the fluid from an outlet by sequentially reciprocating plurality of operation parts provided in a circumferential direction of a drive shaft in a direction inclined to a drive shaft side by rotation of the drive shaft, sequentially contracting and expanding the respective pump chambers which the respective diaphragms 11 coupled to the operation part constitute. The diaphragms 11 have pump chamber formation parts 11a which are formed like cups, and form the pump chambers, thick parts 11e are formed in the circumferential direction in the pump chamber formation parts 11a, and the thick parts 11e are formed so that sides farther from the drive shaft become easier to be expanded than sides closer to the drive shaft in the pump chamber formation parts 11a.
