To provide an electric pump unit that reduces wear and noise, by preventing a motor rotor fixed to a motor shaft from obliquely rotating to both end wall surfaces for partitioning a pump room.
A motor housing 6 including a pump driving electric motor 3 having the motor shaft 18 supported by a bearing device 17, is fixed to a pump body 5 of a pump 2 including the pump room 9 partitioned by parallel two end wall surfaces 9a and 9b axially facing each other. The pump rotor 12 stored in the pump room 9 is fixed to a tip part of the motor shaft 18 entering the pump room 9. In driving the pump 2, the motor rotor 12 receives force in the radial direction by oil in the pump room 9. The motor shaft 18 is included in the bearing device 17 while being inclined in a direction opposite the inclining direction of the motor rotor 12 and the motor shaft 18 by the force in the radial direction to a vertical line to both end wall surfaces 9a and 9b of the pump room 9.
