PURPOSE: To continuously feed ice pieces produced by means of an auger type ice making unit to an ice storage chamber, by arranging this refrigerator by said ice making unit, the ice storage chamber and a wet refrigerating chamber, and by partitioning the ice storage chamber and the wet refrigerating chamber by means of a porous dash-board.

CONSTITUTION: A machinery room 12 is installed to a bottom of an electric refrigerator body 10 and a dry cooling chamber 14 and a wet refrigerating chamber 16 to the upper end in a left and right two portions dividing shape, and an ice storage chamber 18 is mounted to an upper portion of the chamber 16. The chamber 14, 16 are partitioned by means of a heat insulating material, and the chambers 18, 16 are divided by means of a porous dash-board 20 provided with a number of porous portions. Ice pieces manufactured by means of an auger type ice making unit 22 mounted to the bottom of the body 10 are continuously supplied to the inside of the chamber 18 through a flexible tube 24 disposed to a back of the chamber 16. An evaporator connected to a compressor and a condenser installed to the bottom of the body 10 is arranged into the chamber 14, and the chamber 14 is cooled at a fixed temp under the action of a cooling unit 26.
