The weight 50 is formed in such a shape as to have an inverted wing-shaped vertical cross section. The inverted wing shape of the vertical cross section is such a sectional shape as to generate a force in the bottom-surface direction of the waterway 2 by making the weight 50 receive a water current of the waterway 2.
