Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the connection between coils of the electric stator of an electromagnetic pump. CONSTITUTION: An electric stator has first and second coils 30a and 30b that are separated from one another, and each of them has input and output terminals 32 and 34 for allowing a current to flow. A long and narrow electrical connector 38 is extended between the first and the second coils 30a and 30b and has first and the second connector edges 42 and 44 at both sides. The connector edges 42 and 44 have groove holes 46 and 50, respectively, receive coil terminals 32 and 34 into them, and form first and second joints 48 and 52, respectively. The connector edges 42 and 44 include a brazing filler that is fixed and connected to the coil terminals 32 and 34, respectively.
