PURPOSE: To prevent a reduction in life of a bearing accompanying the pressure fluctuation of a valve chamber without requiring an increase in load torque of a motor 2 nor the addition of a lip seal structure.
CONSTITUTION: A valve stem 13 rotatably supported by a bearing 15 is protruded outward from a valve housing 11, and connected to a motor shaft 20 protruded outward from a motor housing 21. The cylindrical hole part 19 of the valve housing 11 has a bore diameter larger than the outer diameter of the bearing 15, and it seals the connecting part 18 of the valve stem 13 together with the motor housing 21. The cylindrical part 22 of the motor housing 21 is fitted into the cylindrical hole part 19 to enclose the connecting part 18 of the valve stem 13. Thus, the airtight gas space capacity in the cylindrical hole part 19 of' the valve housing 11 enclosing the connecting part 18 is contracted, because of the fitting of the cylindrical part 22, by this portion, and the respiratory action through the bearing 15 can be suppressed.
