Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool having high workability by stably and surely fixing a tool and being excellent in safety by easily and visually confirming a fixed state of the tool and having suitable maintainability and having a long lifetime since a power tool body is not damaged at mounting of the tool.SOLUTION: A power tool 10 includes a motor 21 as a power source for driving a tool 12, a driving force conversion mechanism 31 for converting rotary driving force from the motor 21 to reciprocating driving force, a transmission section 41 for making reciprocating linear motion with the reciprocating driving force obtained from the driving force conversion mechanism 31, and a tool mounting section 51 arranged on the transmission section 41 and detachably mounting the tool 12. The tool mounting section 51 fixes and retains the tool 12 in a three-point support manner.
