Abstract:
To prevent damage to a control circuit board due to impact when a power tool is dropped on a ground surface and the like.SOLUTION: A power tool having a handle part and a split-type housing 102 with a battery attachment part 102c formed at its tip has an opening 103 formed on an upper surface of the battery attachment part 102c so as to straddle a divided surface, and a switch panel 150 is installed. A control circuit board 131 is mounted in the interior of the battery attachment part 102c. The control circuit board 131 is held so as to be pinched by the two-divided housing 102 via a board case 135, and a protrusion 138 for directly or indirectly supporting in a lower side of the control circuit board 131 is constituted integrally with the board case 135. Even if downward deformation of a specific part 104 of the housing 102 is caused by a fall at the time of an impact, damage to the control circuit board 131 is prevented by a screw 141 receiving the impact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23
