Abstract:
To obtain an electric toothbrush in which only a brush of a head portion can be replaced.
A brush arm 2 is provided on an end of a main body case 1. An ultrasonic motor 10 is watertightly in a tip of the arm 2. A connection piece 25 is fixed on an output shaft 12 of the motor 10. A brush 3 is detachably connected to the piece 25 to drive the body 3 with the motor 10 directly. With this constitution, the structure of the brush 3 can be simplified, thereby reducing the cost required for replacement or additional purchasing of the brush 3.
