When the barrier membrane 13 is displaced to the side of the main body section space 2 following the reciprocation of the base 10, the air is introduced from the air introducing hole 15 to the brush guiding route 6 having the negative pressure and when the partition 13 is displaced to the side of the brush guiding route 6, the introduced air is compressed and ejected from an aperture 6a of the brush guiding route so that the main body section space 2 can be designed light and compact and the brushing effect and the massaging effect can be increased without trouble.
