Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric transformer capable of preventing the appearance of cracks in an insulating material and also improving heat exchange with an external environment.SOLUTION: The present electrical transformer 10 comprises: a magnetic core 16; a first coil winding 18 wound around the magnetic core 16 and receiving an input alternating current at an input part; a second coil winding 20 wound around the magnetic core 16 and providing an output alternating current at an output part; a receiving space 22 defined between the first coil winding 18 and the second coil winding 20; and an insulating material 30 cast inside the receiving space 22 for electrically insulating the first coil winding 18 from the second coil winding 20. The insulating material 30 comprises a plurality of alumina particles, and includes a silicon-based elastomer containing the plurality of alumina particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
