To provide an electric tricycle for dolly traction with a connection unit excellent in an economic property, operability and convenience property.

The electric tricycle is provided with a vehicle base provided with an electric motor and a battery on which a person can get on an upper surface at the standing attitude; a pair of drive wheels driven by the electric motor and a steering wheel; and a handle for steering the steering wheel, and is provided with the connection unit capable of connecting the electric tricycle to the dolly. The connection unit comprises an arm in which a hooking/clamping part hooked on a frame of the dolly and capable of clamping it is provided at one end side and a first bearing fitting for receiving a turning shaft in a vertical direction is provided at the other end side. A second bearing fitting for receiving the turning shaft is provided at a rear end of the vehicle base.
