Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric type hair cutting device in which large sound is hard to be generated during driving of a movable blade.SOLUTION: An electric type hair cutting device 1 includes a motion conversion mechanism 50 which converts rotary motion of an output shaft 41A of an electric motor 41 into reciprocating linear motion, and a movable blade which is driven by reciprocating linear motion of the motion conversion mechanism 50. The motion conversion mechanism 50 includes: a first converter 60 which converts the rotary motion of the output shaft 41A into reciprocating rotary motion around a first center axis CL1; a second converter 70 which converts the reciprocating rotary motion into the reciprocating linear motion; and an output part 90 which connects the second converter 70 and the movable blade to each other. The second converter 70 includes a motion transmission part 71 and an elastic deformation part 72. The motion transmission part 71 connects the first converter 60 and the output part 90 to each other. The elastic deformation part 72 regulates motion of the motion transmission part 71 by a motion component different from a motion component in an output direction SD, and is connected to the motion transmission part 71 so that the motion conversion part 71 performs reciprocating linear motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
