PURPOSE: To mold a main casing and a vortical casing together and reduce the size of the main casing, the storage space and the packing size, by dividing the main casing into a plurality of segments.
CONSTITUTION: The main casing 1 consists of a pair of right and left segments 2, 3 and is molded together with the vortical casing 7 while a motor chamber 5 for accommodating a motor 4 is divided from the vortical casing by a partition wall 8. A blower fan 6, which is driven by the motor 4, is contained in the vortical casing 7. The wall 9 of the vortical casing 7 is gradually opened in the direction of rotation of the fan 6 so that an open chamber 10 is defined in an opening which surrounds the fan 6. A hole 12 is opened through the partition wall 8 on the coupled end 11 of the casing segments 2, 3 and connected to the motor chamber 5. An exhaust port 13 is opened and connected to the motor chamber 5. An exhaust port 13 is opened through the rear end of the motor chamber 5. A suction port 20 is opened through the side of the vortical casing 7 facing a dust case 15.
