Abstract:
To secure fluid flow to a fluid of a small flow rate in a small flow rate control area, and to improve quietness by reducing passing sound due to rupture of bubbles in the fluid and the like, in a motor-operated valve executing flow rate control in the small flow rate control area by a needle valve.SOLUTION: A needle valve 4 (auxiliary valve element) having a truncated cone portion 42b of which a diameter is gradually reduced toward a tip, is disposed on an axis L of an auxiliary valve port 33a. The needle valve 4 is advanced and retracted on the axis by a driving portion. A small flow rate control area is defined by the needle valve 4 and the auxiliary valve port 33a. A defoaming member 10 is disposed to be exposed to a fluid flowing in an auxiliary valve chest 3R and the auxiliary valve port 33a in the small flow rate control area. The fluid flowing into the auxiliary valve chest 3R from a conduction hole 32b is collided with the defoaming member 10 so that bubbles in the fluid are subdivided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
