Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel electrically operated valve timing control apparatus capable of stabilizing the joint strength between a fastening terminal of a pigtail harness of a commutator side power supply brush and a slip ring.SOLUTION: A sleeve region part 44 for bundling and fixing one end portion of a pigtail harness 42 to a fastening terminal 43 of the pigtail harness of a commutator side power supply brush and welding region part 45 different from the sleeve region part 44 are formed. An ultrasonic bonding portion formed by ultrasonic welding was formed between a slip ring 32a and the welding region part 45. According to this, since welding energy by an ultrasonic welding machine can concentrate on the welding area part, it is possible to stabilize the bonding strength between the slip ring and the welding region part and to suppress poor connection due to deterioration over time of the welding area part and deterioration of electrical connection reliability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
