Provided is a motor-driven valve that is capable of securing a stable welding strength between a fixation member and a valve shaft, even when, for example, a misalignment between the fixation member and the valve shaft occurs. The fixation member 70 is externally fitted and securely attached from a side with respect to the axis O direction, to the valve shaft 10 (an upper small-diameter portion 11 thereof).
