To provide an electric vehicle optimizing the balance of weight in the right and left of the vehicle width direction relative to the vehicle body center line.
An electric motor 50 is disposed inside a cantilever type swing arm 12 in a position superposed with a projection region of a rear wheel WR in the vehicle body side view. A high voltage battery 31 is disposed along a lower frame 5 which extends toward the rear lower side from a head pipe 3 of a vehicle body frame with a swing arm pivot 11 being arranged there behind. A low voltage battery 30 smaller than the high voltage battery 31 is arranged offsetting to the opposite direction of the offsetting direction of the electric motor 50 relative to the vehicle body center line C. The low voltage battery 30 is disposed on the side of the head pipe 3. The center of gravity G1 of the high voltage battery 31 is set offsetting in the vehicle width direction relative to the vehicle body center line C, and the offsetting direction is made the opposite direction of the offsetting direction of the electric motor 50 relative to the vehicle body center line C.
