Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a circulating purification constitution for eliminating more efficiently an undersired component in a contained liquid, and also, having high reliability and safety, in the electric hot-water heater.
CONSTITUTION: The lower part of a vessel 2 for containing a liquid, and a suction port 9 of a pump 5 for leading out the liquid to the outside of the vessel body are made to communicate with each other, and also, a discharge port of the pump is formed into two parts. A changeover valve 12 for selecting alternatively discharge ports 10, 11 of its two parts is provided, a first discharge port 10 and a leading-out port 14 to the outside of the vessel body are made to communicate with each other, a second discharge port 11 and the upper part of the vessel 2 are made to communicate with each other, and in a part or the whole of a heating/warming process of the liquid in the vessel 2, a second discharge port 11, and in a state that a circulating path extending from the lower part of the vessel 2 to the upper part is formed, the pump 5 is operated.
