To provide an electric wave reflection suppressor having a wide band matching property and its constitution method by introducing the concept of a high frequency integrated circuit to the constitution of an electric wave reflection suppressor.
In a unit circuit element on a substrate, a high conductivity part and a low conductivity part are distributed and flatly constituted, a unit circuit element is constituted to allow the adjustment of a constitution size in a conductivity distribution zone on a unit circuit element without controlling strict conductivity, and the electric wave reflection suppressor is constituted by intervening a spacer between the substrate and a rear conductor shielding plate as required. A fixed clearance wherein a substrate is intervened is provided between adjacent unit circuit elements. The clearance is adjusted and the proximity end of each adjacent circuit element is made to have high conductivity or low conductivity so that the adjacent unit circuit elements can be combined strongly or weakly in capacity, thus providing a variable capacity. The unit circuit element is constituted on the same substrate surface.
