To provide an electric wheelchair and a rotation lift device, which can perform connecting operation even in a place where a space in a vehicle side direction is narrow.
The rotation lift device 20 for moving the electric wheelchair 10 to inside and outside of a cabin can horizontally move an outer slide mechanism 23. The electric wheelchair 10 is provided with: a frame 11 for connecting wheels; a pedestal 12 for supporting an occupant; a lifting device 13 for expanding and connecting the frame 11 and the pedestal 12; and a photoelectric sensor 17 for stopping the pedestal 12 which goes up to the connecting position by the lifting device 13. The electric wheelchair 10 is connected to the rotation lift device 20 at the position near the vehicle on the vehicle side.
