Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric winch device capable of surely fixing a towed object during boarding, stabilizing the attitude of the towed object during traveling of a vehicle and preventing a shock input in the towed object.SOLUTION: This electric winch device includes: a winch body 1 including a drum capable of winding/sending a belt 4 and an electric motor for winding/sending the belt 4; a ratchet mechanism capable of preventing rotation of the drum; and an electronic control unit 2 for controlling the rotation of the drum. The electronic control unit 2 includes: an operation panel 3 for performing a winding/sending operation for rotationally driving the drum by rotationally driving the electric motor and a belt free operation by operating the ratchet mechanism; a remote controller; and a boarding presence or absence determination section 31 for determining the presence or absence of the boarding of a wheelchair 110 in the vehicle 101. The electronic control unit further includes a lock release inhibition means 32 for inhibiting the belt free operation when it is determined that the wheelchair 110 is boarded in the vehicle 101 by the boarding presence or absence determination section 31.
