Abstract:
To cut off efficiently and stably an electric wire.
A cross arm 11 is disposed turnably on an erected strut 10, and a support 12 is locked slidably on the arm in the direction of the arm's length. A motor driven cutter body 13 is hung down from the support 12 through a hanging member to be disposed in the air. The cutter body 13 is provided with a movable switch 17 for operatively opening and closing cutting blades by the turning on-off operation and a set of two cutting blades 18a, 18b closed when the movable switch is turned on and opened when the movable switch is turned off.
