This electric wire cutting tool comprises a fixing member provided with an axial hole in a longitudinal direction, an electric wire fixing groove in a width direction at a tip, and a first space communicated with the electric wire fixing groove; and a rotary member inserted in the axial hole and provided with a rotary blade rotatably housed in the first space at a tip. By rotating the rotary member, the electric wire fixed to the electric wire fixing groove is cut by the rotary blade at only one portion for each rotation in one direction of the rotary member.
