Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of the slack of an electric wire at a stock section.
CONSTITUTION: A clamp member 13 is provided between a stock section 3 and a feeding device 6 of an electric wire W to the stock section 3. The clamp member 13 clamps the electric wire W and forms the slack W1 of the electric wire W in the upstream of the stock section 3 for the prescribed purpose before the electric wire W is delivered in excess. The tension of the electric wire W stocked at the stock section 3 can be maintained.
