To give no damage to a wire core group in taping and adequate flexibility, and enhance peeling capability from a sheath by using a nonwoven fabric constituted with thermoplastic synthetic long fibers, attached and fixed with a and specifying a second order transition temperature and a melting point of the resin adhesive.
A resin adhesive having a second order transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or lower and a melting point of 180°C or higher is attached to a nonwoven fabric constituted with thermoplastic synthetic resin long fibers. The attached amount of the resin adhesive is different on the inside and the outside in the thickness cross section direction of the nonwoven fabric, and is limited to 1-15wt.% based on the weight of the nonwoven fabric, and 70% or more of the total attached amount of the resin adhesive is distributed in one nonewoven fabric layer on the inside and the outside cut in the thickness cross section direction. By using a tape prepared like this, an electric cable with high wire binding work capability and high resin recovery rate in reuse of a sheath is obtained.
