Abstract:
To supply an electric wire while always tensioning the electric wire.
At least a pair of upper and lower pulleys wound with the electric wire are arranged in a supply passage of the electric wire fed by an electric wire supply means, the lower side pulley is energized downward by a spring, and the upper side pulley is lifted when the lower side pulley descends by a means interlocking with the spring to always tension the electric wire wound round these upper and lower pulleys.
