Next, The traction wire 4 is taken up, the four electric wires 4 are collectively drawn, and an anchor clamp 13 and the connecting yoke metal 14 are disconnected. Thereafter, a connecting metal 8 is connected, the traction wire 4 is then fed out, the electric wires W are fed between diameters, and the tension acts on the connecting metal 8.
