Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when manufacturing a winding member, it is necessary to make the tip of the electric wire thin after peeling off the sheath of the electric wire firstly, thus causing a process complicated and the electric wire high in cost.
SOLUTION: A second conductor 120 is formed by extending a part of the electric wire 150 that comprises a first conductor 112 and a sheath 116. The sheath 116 is naturally peeled off by making the tip of the electric wire thin. After that, the electric wire for the winding member 100 is completed by cutting the extended second conductor at its middle part. The electric wire is formed into a prescribed shape, a U-shape, for example, thus obtaining the winding member 100. Since a process for peeling off the coating can be eliminated, working efficiency is improved and the cost is reduced.
