To surely prevent electrolytic corrosion for a connection section between the electric wire and a terminal metal fitting without using a corrosion-proofing agent.
The electric wire with a terminal metal fitting includes an aluminum wire 10 having a metal core wire 11 covered with an insulated coating 13, a female terminal metal fitting 20 made from a metal different from the core wire 11 and having a wire barrel 25 connected with the aluminum wire 10, a solder seal 30 made from solder having a metal with an ionization tendency close to that of the female terminal metal fitting 20 as a primary component, wherein the solder seal 30 on which a wire barrel 25 is crimped is provided while the core wire 11 exposed by cover-peeling a part of the insulated coating 13 of the aluminum wire 10 is sealed with the solder, and a seal contact section 14 for connecting between the insulated coating 13 ranged with the exposed core wire 11 and the solder seal 30 is provided while they are sealed each other.
