Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with a terminal, capable of improving waterproofness, corrosion resistance and conductivity at a relatively low cost, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the same, and a wiring harness.SOLUTION: An electric wire with at terminal is composed of: an electric wire 20 having a conductor 21 and a wire coating material 22 covering the conductor; a crimp terminal 10 connected to a conductor of the electric wire; and a coating agent which is coated on a connection part between the conductor and the crimp terminal. The coating agent is constituted by polyaniline-based paint C. On the contact side surface of at least one of the conductor and the crimp terminal, a coating F is formed having waterproofness or corrosion resistance by chemical bond between metal constituting the surface and an amino group (N-H) of the polyaniline contained in the polyaniline-based paint.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
