Abstract:
To improve the insulation performance between conductors in an electric wiring penetration device using a seal member made of an inorganic material.SOLUTION: An electric wiring penetration device includes a seal member 11 formed with a plurality of through holes 13 made of an electrically insulating inorganic material, a plurality of metal conductors 12 penetrating the through holes 13 of the seal member 11, a metallized layer 14 airtightly attached to a part of the surface of the seal member 11 surrounding each of the plurality of through holes 13, and a brazing material portion 15 that airtightly joins the metallized layer 14 and the conductor 12. A groove 16 or a partition wall extending along the surface of the seal member 11 is formed so as to partition the plurality of through holes 13 from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
