Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus which uses an inverter motor capable of a stable operation through a constant rotational speed without being affected by a load fluctuation, an external disturbance or the like. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a motor 24 which is rotationally driven by an inverter 23, a speed detector 26 which detects a rotational speed, an operation controller 21 which determines a set point in the rotational speed and a speed controller 22 which controls the rotational speed of the motor 24 at the set point in the speed. This controller 22 begins to clock immediately after the operation controller 21 indicates the change of the set point, and gives the inverter 23 the command signal determined in comparison with the rotational speed detected by the speed detector 26 before a predetermined time, and on and after the predetermined time, the controller gives the inverter 23 the command signal at the set point determined by the operation controller 22 independent of the command signal determined in comparison with the detected rotational speed. As a result it becomes possible to provide a stable dust-collecting efficiency through preventing change in the rotational speed by an external disturbance or the like.
