The vehicle 1 is provided with a non-vehicle-mounted charger 10 for charging the battery 3 with a charging current supplied from a power supply 8. At least any one of the vehicle 1 and the charger 10 has charge storage devices 18 and 20 for storing the charging record of the battery 3. The battery 3 is charged through the charger 10 based on the charging record stored in the charge storage devices 18 and 20.
