Title:
ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6429461
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain economically the title composition excellent in conductivity, dispersibility and gloss, by mixing an organic polymer compound wit a conductivity-imparting agent obtained by mixing a non-acicular conductive powder with an acicular conductive substance at a specified ratio.

CONSTITUTION: A conductivity-imparting agent (B) is obtained by mixing a non-acicular conductive powder (a) of a mean particle diameter of 0.01W10μ and an electric conductivity (a volume resistivity under a pressure of 100kg/cm2) ≤50Ωcm (e.g., TiO2 powder having a conductive layer comprising SnO and Sb2O3 on the surface) and an acicular conductive substance (b) having a length of 3W30μ, an aspect ratio of 3W150 and an electric conductivity (a volume resistivity under a pressure of 100kg/cm2) ≤200Ωcm (e.g., acicular TiO2 having a conductive layer comprising SnO and Sb2O3 on the surface) so that component (b) may be used in an amount at least equivalent to a (b) to (a) ratio of 2/8, preferably, 3/7. 100pts.wt. polymer compound (A) (e.g., vinyl chloride resin) is mixed with 500W30pts.wt., preferably, 300W40pts.wt. component B.
