To provide an electrical connection device 10 which reduces the assembling manhour needed for fixing a coil 3 and for electrical connection of the coil 3 by improving the electrical connection structure of the ignition coil 3, used as an electrical device, with an external electrical connection part 8.

An electrical connection device is provided with a conductive terminal 7, which is in the interior of a connector housing 6, provided partially in the housing 6, and faces an aperture 6b leading to the outside of the housing 6, and an external electrical connection part 8 fixed on the upper part of a head cover 2 in the vicinity of a site mounted the coil 3 as a prescribed surface site. This connection part 8 has a covering member 8a, which can be inserted in the aperture 6b and covers the peripheries of point end parts 8ba and 8ba formed in such a way as to be able to electrically connect with the terminal 7. At the same time when the coil 3 is mounted and fixed on the housing 6, the member 8a is pushed by an end surface 6a and while the member 8a is deformed, and the end parts 8ba and 8ba are projected and are inserted in the aperture 6a, so that the terminal 7 is electrically connected with a conductive member.
