Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an electric connection terminal which ensures a stable connect condition over a long period even if great vibration acts on it, and consists of punched sheet metal pieces having an excellent contact characteristic suitable especially in the case of high-current. CONSTITUTION: A connection terminal body 1 which has a contact area 3 for electric connection at one end, and a contact area 2 preparing a spring arm base which has a smooth wall part and a polygonal cross section at the other end, and a polygonal plug hole 15 which forms plural contact parts is provided. At each fore-edge of wall part of the spring arm base separated from the contact area 2, at least one spring arm 14 extending in the direction of the hole 15 are provided, and the arms 14 extend to the position of the hole 15 in each direction, then form the hole 15. These arms are bent further outward at some angle, and form a positioning passage 10 for a connection plug pin at their front free end area.
