Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation that a mating connector cannot be inserted and also to prevent a shield case or the mating connector from being broken.SOLUTION: An inner shield case 40 of an electrical connector 1 comprises: an insertion hole 50; and a protruding part 60 which enables a plurality of mating connectors having the difference between right and left widths to be fitted into the insertion hole 50 from the front side by forming a fitted part 61 and a fitted part 62 adjacent to each other in the insertion hole 50 protruding so as to narrow a space in the vertical direction of the insertion hole 50. The protruding part 60 includes: an inclined surface 60a for abutting on the mating connector having a narrower width than the right and left width of the insertion hole 50 fitted to the fitted part 61; and a movement regulation part 70 which is expanded from the inclined surface 60a and regulates the movement in the width direction of the mating connector whose width is narrow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
